Can You Case It #141

Hi there and Welcome back to Can You Case It! With Christmas around the corner I thought this sketch had endless possibilities with a CAS Christmas card...I pulled out my two favorite SU! Christmas colors...Cherry Cobbler and Mossy Meadow...and pulled out my sponge brayers and started playing around with the background...and I wanted a sentiment that was too much...I pulled out this from one of my Papertrey Ink and a few red sequins...I love how the background turned out...

OSAT Blog Hop ~ Let It Snow

Hi there and Welcome to this month's OSAT Blog Hop..Let It Snow! For this month's hop I pulled out one of my favorite SU! Christmas Sets...Festival of Trees...I love this set not only for the beautiful trees but the versatility this set has...

Here is what I came up with

I used SU! Cherry Cobbler, Chocolate Chip, and Mossy Meadows...a great color combo...I went through my stash of tags and found this one...thought it would be perfect for a gift card...made a little gift tag to go along with it...and to finish I went through my ribbon stash and found some SU! ribbon to complete it!

Just What I Needed...

Last night I started pulling out my Christmas stamps...paper..embellies and got a bit overwhelmed! So instead of doing a traditional Christmas card I decided to do a non-traditional one instead

Here is what I came up with,,,

I used Unity's Just What I Needed set...pulled out my aqua pens (I seem to be on a kick with them lately) and played around with different reds and green...I ended up using SU! Cherry Cobbler and Old Olive...two of my go to Christmas colors...I played around with a few different die cuts and found a wooden Christmas tree and used my aqua pen to make it green...love how it turned out!

Here is this week's challenge

I love this color combo..especially kraft...

Here is what I came up with

I used one of my new stamps from Unity...See the Light...I also dusted off my aqua pens and some of my Stampin' Up! inks...Hello Honey, Pumpkin Pie, and Crumb Cake and some of my  water coloring paper and started to play around with my pens...it was a fun card to make! I can't wait to see what you come up with!
