OSAT Blog Hop No Rules ~ New Year

Hi there and Welcome to this month's OSAT January No Rules Blog Hop! I am super excited to share my project and card with you all! 

I played around a lot with idea of making a bag and card but then went through my pins on Pinterest and ran across a pin to make a gift card holder and thought what about putting a fun little stamp in there for a crafting buddy...so I decided to do that and add a fun little sentiment stamp that fits perfectly in the little pocket! 

I used a small kraft bag that I got off of Etsy..you never know when you might need one! For the cute little chick and sentiment I used Unity Stamps Little Sumptin' Peep...I love that little chicken! I used my Spectrun Noir Markers to color it in along with the balloon...I stamped the chick in Memento Tuxedo Black and the sentiment in SU! Rose Red! The paper I grabbed from my ever growing paper stash...It's called "Love" from Fancy Pants...I used some SU! linen thread to wrap around the DSP and tried my best with the bow! I used SU! Whisper White for the base of the little card and then added a bit of DSP to the bottom of it and then rounded off the corners...The stitched circles are from Memory Box...The cute little sentiment stamp "Believe and Inspire" is also from Unity...I also stamped it on SU! Whisper White and tucked it in with the stamp!
