Birdie Conversation Notes...

I seem to be on a mini clipboards kick this week...this time instead of using journal cards for the "paper" I used some regular notebook paper...I used my memory box square stitch die cut to cut the paper and rounded the corners of them...for the base of the clipboard I once again used a 4x4 wine coaster and some fun bright paper from SU! for the base and luckily one of my memory box square stitch die cut fits it perfectly ...I saw a clipboard on Pinterest that used a stamp on the pages and I thought what a fun idea...I pulled out this cute birdie from my Unity birdie conversation stamp kit and stamped each page with Memento Tuxedo Black...I colored the flower with some of my Spectrum Noir markers...I used a cute little clip from Recollections and some fun bright green ribbon...These are really fun to make! I will be making more in the future in different sizes

Can You Case It #105

Hi there and Welcome to this week's CYCI  Color Challenge...I have to admit I love these colors especially kraft...that has always been a favorite color to use when it comes to the base of my cards...

Here is what I made for this week's challenge...

I used one of my new Phyllis Harris stamps...Life's An Adventure...I pulled out my Spectrum Noir markers for this card...still working on my coloring skills!

Valentine's Day Mini Clipboard Card...Love Notes

Hi there and thanks for stopping by to check out my Valentine's Day mini clipboard...I have recently been looking on Pinterest to step outside of my card zone and found lots of things that peaked my interest and one fun idea I saw was mini clipboards...I saw a couple of them using a 4x4 chipboard wine coaster and remembered that I had some on hand...I pulled out some cute MME Valentine paper and then saw a couple of Valentine's Day journal cards and ideas started popping into my head including this cute stamp from Unity...Love You Tons which I stamped in SU! Real Red...I went through my square die cuts and used my Memory Box stitched square die which fit perfectly on the wine coaster...I then rounded each corner and use snail tape to adhere it to the wine coaster...then I  used a clip from Recollections to clip the journal cards to the "clipboard" and to "tie" it all together I went through my ribbon stash and found some light pink ribbon...

Note Cards...

Hi there...glad that you stopped by! I have made a couple of note cards using some American Craft Journal Cards and Unity Stamps that I got in a grab bag...The envies that I used are kraft bags that I got from Etsy...I also added some SU! washi tape at the bottom of the note card...plus a cute little clothes pin...

Can You Case It #104

For this week's challenge I made a fun wine tag, gift card, and cork coasters..I went through my stash of paper and found this fun  black and white paper...the fun sentiments are from Unity Stamp Co...love them! I have a stash of cork coasters on hand and I thought why not add some matching coasters!

OSAT Blog Hop No Rules ~ New Year

Hi there and Welcome to this month's OSAT January No Rules Blog Hop! I am super excited to share my project and card with you all! 

I played around a lot with idea of making a bag and card but then went through my pins on Pinterest and ran across a pin to make a gift card holder and thought what about putting a fun little stamp in there for a crafting buddy...so I decided to do that and add a fun little sentiment stamp that fits perfectly in the little pocket! 

I used a small kraft bag that I got off of Etsy..you never know when you might need one! For the cute little chick and sentiment I used Unity Stamps Little Sumptin' Peep...I love that little chicken! I used my Spectrun Noir Markers to color it in along with the balloon...I stamped the chick in Memento Tuxedo Black and the sentiment in SU! Rose Red! The paper I grabbed from my ever growing paper stash...It's called "Love" from Fancy Pants...I used some SU! linen thread to wrap around the DSP and tried my best with the bow! I used SU! Whisper White for the base of the little card and then added a bit of DSP to the bottom of it and then rounded off the corners...The stitched circles are from Memory Box...The cute little sentiment stamp "Believe and Inspire" is also from Unity...I also stamped it on SU! Whisper White and tucked it in with the stamp!
